Single point of accountability and program manager responsible for all aspects of the pursuit process. The Bid Managers play the role of Intake Manager, drive execution of the Engagement Plan, and continue for the life of the pursuit, based on complexity **General Job Functions**: Support the development of: Sales and marketing strategy an assist Sales/Account Execs to prepare for Win Strategy Reviews. Competitive strategy and develop approach to third party intermediary and/or Client procurement relationships Ensure: Internal team understands Client Business and IT Objectives and develop and maintain client relationship map Deal roles are staffed (Solution Architects, Legal, Pricing as requeried) Costing activities are planned (using a tracker), executed, and following appropriate processes/tools for review and approvals, and management and monitoring budgets/cost Transition & transformation plans are developed, reviewed and approved Account initialization activities (start-up activities, wall walks, etc.) are planned, communicated and executed. Perform all deal close down activities are executed Facilitate Core team calls and report deal status to leadership as requested Plan, coordinate, manage, and participate in client interactions (meetings, presentations, storyboard, orals, visits, reverse due diligence, etc.) and internal meetings Create, maintain and communicate deal calendar and coordinate internal governance reviews and prepare collateral Develop, manage and maintain deal close, risk plans and manage deal action items and notices of decision **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration. MBA is desirable - Proven experience +3 years working with the technology industry, specifically related to selling IT solutions such as: SAP services (implementation, migration, sustain), Apps Modernization, Cloud (Migration and Support), ITO (DBs, Servers, Storage,etc) Networking, Workplace (Service Desk, Remote Desktop support, Asset Mgmt and support, etc) Security, Consulting. - Consultative selling and strong social skills to listen to clients and articulate back for solution planning. - Strong financial background and knowledge in order to model financial scenarios for proposals. - Strong selling and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level and lead teams - Strong ability to lead and engage technical and sales solution staff to get result - Personal traits of high energy, coachable, positive attitude, and self-management **Languages**: - English: Intermediate to Fluent - Spanish: Fluent
