Colombia Business Development Manager Job This is a challenging opportunity to drive business growth in the OTR tire market in Colombia. About the Role: 1. Main Responsibilities: - Maintain existing client relationships and expand the market in Colombia to drive OTR tire business growth. - Manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and prepare technical reports. - Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues. - Perform other necessary business development and management duties. - Familiarity with mining sites and establishing connections with mine managers. - Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in giant OTR tires, mining, or earthmoving industries. - Proven track record of successfully selling products to new clients. - Leadership skills to build and manage a sales team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Will to travel frequently within Colombia and other Latin American countries. - Experience in fleet tire maintenance/repair is preferred.
