Project Management Expertise The role of Project Manager involves overseeing compliance project management, third-party compliance documentation, administrative support, analytics, process optimizations, and the configuration and customization of regional reports. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of the Americas Customs Brokerage, ensuring adherence to compliance policies, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. - Compliance Project Leadership: Lead projects to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence. Develop plans, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and report to senior management. - Administrative Support Services: Provide support to the Americas Customs Brokerage team with documentation, meetings, records, and report preparation. - Data Analysis and Process Enhancement: Analyze data for trends and improvements. Implement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and collaborate across teams for process improvements. - Regional Reporting Customization: Tailor reports to meet regional needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely insights. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. - Operational Support for Americas Customs Brokerage: Offer operational support, act as liaison, and assist strategic initiatives for growth and excellence. - Effective Communication and Collaboration: Promote effective communication within teams and with external partners. Support project alignment and task completion. - Ad-hoc Tasks and Initiatives: Conduct data analysis, create dashboards, and assist with process mapping and documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. - Preferred 1 year of project management or related experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; experience with MS-Project and MS-Visio is a plus. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively and interpret data analytically.
