About the Role Inchcape has adopted a SaaS application as our strategic global solution to enable dealership operations. This mature ERP platform from a key vendor will replace multiple legacy systems across 40+ markets over the coming years. The DMS Product Manager for Europe & Africa will contribute to defining the global template, regional adoption, and ongoing improvement during the product lifecycle. Qualifications Over 3 years of experience leading product/business process teams or initiatives Business analysis and process modeling expertise for over 3 years Experience in leading requirements and solution design during ERP implementations Proficiency with PMP, MS Project, Jira ERP process and technology experience Microsoft Dynamics / Navision experience is a plus Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable but not essential Fluent in English; Spanish is a bonus Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills Strong process orientation, adaptability, problem-solving, and resilience Roles & Responsibilities Define product vision from inception to launch and lifecycle management Deploy target business processes regionally Gather requirements and align with the global template Prioritize product backlog development Understand and represent user needs Collaborate with other Product Managers and stakeholders for end-to-end consistency Demonstrate features to stakeholders, inspiring colleagues and users Enhance digital customer experience and process efficiency Regularly meet with stakeholders, developers, and end users Identify and resolve solution gaps Ensure compliance with group policies Develop in-house technical and functional expertise Maintain solution documentation and knowledge management Implement standardized processes across teams Join Our Team Work in a friendly, rewarding environment with decision-making opportunities Competitive salary, career growth, and comprehensive benefits Culture that rewards dedication and hard work #J-18808-Ljbffr
