You will work closely with brokers, underwriters, and clients to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: - Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. - Support customer service through inbound calls and internal coordination. - Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and clients to maintain high service standards. - Ensure policy data integrity and accuracy throughout the process. Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems. - B2 level of English or higher (mandatory). - No prior insurance experience required – we will train you.
