Our business philosophy is focused on our customers and we take pride in providing them with the best overall values in team sports products. **Responsibilities**: - Build and develop a skilled QA team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new - members. - Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software testing - initiatives. - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web - Guide and mentor QA team members, providing support, feedback, and technical - expertise. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear - understanding of requirements and high test coverage. - Identify, document, and track software defects using test management and bug tracking - tools. - Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, - Cypress). - Validate APIs and backend processes using tools like Postman. - Write and review SQL queries to validate test data and ensure data integrity. - Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile compatibility testing. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, representing QA perspectives and priorities. - Coordinate with DevOps for test integration in CI/CD pipelines. - Manage post-release validation and coordinate production testing efforts. **Required Qualifications**: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
