Do you want to earn top-of-market pay?! - Inbound sales - Construction operations and administration - Office / business administration - Architecture - Procurement Regular hours for this job are 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends. **Responsibilities**: **Planning** - Develop hiring funnel - Draft and post job advertisements on different platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn) - Set up recruiting project in our ATS (FreshTeam) - Incorporate best practices and past lessons learned **Lead Generation** - Research sources of talent both in U.S. and internationally **Recruiting & Interviewing** - Schedule and administer assessments **Hiring & Onboarding** - Answer questions and be a resource for new hires **General** - Keep informed about hiring best practices in our industry - Stay informed on talent hiring technology - Stay informed on the international markets where we hire - Other tasks as assigned **Qualifications** - Minimum 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter - Strong English written and verbal skills - Small or medium business experience preferred - Experience finding talent pools / sources online, especially in other countries - Strong knowledge of talent recruiting technologies and strategies - Strong problem solver who can come up with creative solutions - Highly organized and able to prioritize their time and tasks - Enjoys building relationships and meeting new people - Has a reliable office or space to work regular hours and a reliable internet connection. - Self-starter - Target-driven Pay: $3,500,000 - $4,000,000 per month
