Investment Manager, Debt Financial Institutions We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Manager to strengthen our team in Latin America and the Caribbean. This permanent role will be based in our Bogota office and report to the Regional Team Leader, Debt Financial Institutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with a genuine commitment to impact investing. They will actively manage Incofin's debt portfolio in selected countries across the LAC region, leading the full investment cycle from identifying new clients and sourcing opportunities to due diligence, credit proposal preparation, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. The successful candidate will assess the broader macroeconomic and political landscape in their markets to inform investment decisions and manage risk exposure. They will also engage with investees to ensure timely financial, compliance, and impact reporting while helping spot potential risks or business opportunities. Collaboration is key, and the candidate will work closely with colleagues in Colombia and across Incofin's global offices. Representing Incofin in meetings with stakeholders, partners, and industry peers will also be part of the role, helping to strengthen the company's positioning in the region. Responsibilities: - Active management of Incofin's debt portfolio in selected countries across the LAC region. - Leading the full investment cycle, including identifying new clients and sourcing opportunities, due diligence, credit proposal preparation, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. - Assessing the broader macroeconomic and political landscape in their markets to inform investment decisions and manage risk exposure. - Engaging with investees to ensure timely financial, compliance, and impact reporting while helping spot potential risks or business opportunities. Requirements: - A minimum of three years' experience in lending to Financial Institutions, ideally in emerging markets. - A Master's degree in Finance or a related field. - Strong credit and financial analysis skills. - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Solid understanding of accounting principles. - Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
