We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Agent to support our franchise network and ensure operational excellence across payment systems, equipment, and customer experience. 📍Remote 100% | Full-time 🌐 International Project – Spanish company in the self-service laundry industry 🔑 Key Tasks: - Resolve Tier 1 incidents within 24h (platform, connection, peripherals). - Coordinate with external technical services and manage spare parts. - Support smart systems and basic automation setups. - Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with Operations & Marketing on customer experience. - Assist franchisees with onboarding and support. 🧠 Profile: - 2+ years in customer support or franchise service. - Strong English (level 8–9). - Experience in laundry/services sector is a plus. - Familiarity with Freshdesk, IGEST, Nayax. - Excellent communication, autonomy, and multitasking skills. ¿Te interesa?
