Descripción Reporting to the Regional Manager the Commercial Director will: Lead commercial strategy across Colombia and Central America; Manage and coach high-performing sales teams in multiple countries; Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets; Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through effective P&L and cash flow management; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; Coordinate with technical teams to align commercial proposals with client needs; Oversee billing processes and ensure healthy financial operations; Monitor and report on commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin, and client retention. Perfil buscado (h/m) We are looking for a professional in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in commercial roles and at least 8 years leading commercial teams.
