**Job Title:** Consumer Insights Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Insights Manager to lead our consumer research strategy and inform key brand and marketing decisions. This critical role will uncover actionable client insights that shape how we position and grow our services, while driving smarter, data-informed marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients. **Key Responsibilities:* - Manage external research partners to provide clear goals and business questions to ensure statistically significant findings. - Design and execute all client research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic studies. Discuss methodologies, sample sizes, statistical significance / p-values, confidence intervals, etc. - Own the development of consumer journey maps to show how consumers discover, evaluate, and engage with the brand across touchpoints. - Design and manage tracking studies to monitor brand awareness, perception, loyalty, and equity over time. - Manage copy testing for all advertising, messaging, and creative concepts for effectiveness, clarity, and resonance. - Build and maintain client/consumer panel communities to support ongoing research needs. - Turn complex research data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that influence brand strategy. - Conduct segmentation research and build consumer personas to inform targeting and positioning. **Requirements: - 5-6 years in brand consumer research/insights roles. - Degree in marketing, statistics, or MBA preferred, or relevant job experience. - Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). - Established expertise in managing proprietary consumer research panels. - Ability to translate data into strategic marketing and brand recommendations. - Experience with research methods, tools, and software such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Conditions:** Full-time, 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
