Key Responsibilities: - Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. - Proven track record in day-to-day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail is required. - Negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes/growth is essential. - Strong analytical skills, deciphering data and translating insights into actionable recommendations are vital. - Building and nurturing client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities is key. Requirements: - At least 2 years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management is necessary. Outcomes (Performance Expectations): - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. - Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months. - Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations. - Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. - Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios. - Strategic Partnership Development: Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships. - Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms/reporting tools.
