Produce high-quality code. Communicate with Engineering management. Align with existing development teams. Validate, monitor, and ingest to ensure high-quality and well-managed data pipelines. MUST HAVE 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development in data and feature engineering applications, including design, implementation, debugging, monitoring, and support. Strong proficiency in backend tech stacks such as Python, Java, among others. Experience with databases: MySQL or Postgres. Familiarity with AWS services. Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture. Solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, data storage, and distributed systems. Experience in building data platforms and tools that enable actionable insights and drive business decisions. Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization. Experience with GitLab.
