Job Description A senior engineering leader is required to manage a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate should have experience leading engineering teams, being accountable for people management, and having a good level of technical understanding. Main Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 8-10 software engineers and foster a culture of teamwork, feedback, and continuous improvement. - Conduct effective one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and rituals to ensure the team's success. - Manage individual contributors, enabling them to be high performers and support others. - Deliver distributed systems at scale and align stakeholders around the team's vision, goals, and metrics. - Look for improvements in the way we work and organize. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - Experience leading engineering teams. - Good level of technical understanding. - Familiarity with agile teams, ceremonies, metrics, and processes. - Advanced level of English.
