The Role We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help us build the future of enterprise transformation. As part of our engineering team, you'll work closely with product, customer experience, and design to craft beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance experiences, powering an AI platform that redefines how companies innovate. This is an in-person, in-office role in Bogotá, starting remotely while our office is being finalized. You'll be one of the founding members of our Colombia engineering team, helping shape the culture and technical foundation of our Latin American hub.
