Overview This individual will work as part of a team focused on providing strategic advice and developing solutions to complex business problems through the configuration, integration, testing and support of our business software applications. Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of technical skills, problem solving skills and business acumen are key, since much of the work is done under Client direction, the position could involve extensive user interaction and require great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Develop client relationships, provide strategic advice and develop solutions to complex business problems through the configuration, integration, testing and support of their SaaS business software applications. Work with Clients on a daily basis to obtain business and technical specifications so a desire for continuous learning, problem solving skills and business acumen are key. Involved in development, application installations, data conversions, enhancements, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation and ensure successful completion of personal and team deliverables. In addition, they will also be responsible for the project environment management, including software updates and managing security as well as training IT personnel. And other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in a services delivery role with understanding of functional components of software implementation projects Experience participating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation Experience working in Cloud/SaaS project delivery model Business analyst experience Programming skills (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB, (and/or other computer programming languages), and familiarity/understanding of systems architecture Demonstrated leadership skills such as managing project schedules and fostering team collaboration Great communication and soft skills Willing to travel up to 50% during the week Fluent in English, both written and verbal Preferred Skills Related work experience is strongly preferred Oil and gas industry experience Additional Details Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
