The Human Resource Lead (Latam) is responsible for theoverall execution of HR processes and systems such as but notlimited to onboarding and offboarding process, recruitment partnermanagement, training, employee engagement and performancemanagement - for staff in Colombia & Argentina. The role willinvolve day-to-day HR tasks and providing support to both employeesand management. The role assists the HR Director in strategic HRPlanning, Project Management, and discussions amongst the team andHR Operations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ONBOARDING ANDOFFBOARDING: 1. Coordinates and arranges the New Hire Orientationschedule of the starters. 2. Conducts the on-boarding session withthe starters. 3. Sends and monitors the submission ofpost-orientation documents and secure acknowledgement. 4. Assistsin collecting and compiling the pre-employment requirements. 5. Works with office partners to ensure staff are set-up and able towork effectively. 6. Facilitates and manages offboarding processsuch as but not limited to sending offboarding notices, processingand routing of clearance forms, Conducting Exit Interviews. PAY andBENEFITS / TOTAL REWARDS: 1. Ensures accuracy of data to beprovided with partner Vendor for payroll processing. 2. Reviewpayroll processing from Vendor prior to disbursement to staff. 3. Ensures government compliance. PERFORMANCE & DISCIPLINARYMANAGEMENT: 1. Facilitates the preparation, sending, and monitoringof Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Corrective Action (NCA).2. Helps in preparing documentary requirements for the PerformanceImprovement Plan, Show-Cause Memo, and Termination Notice. TRAINING: 1. Assists in implementing and facilitating trainingprograms. 2. Takes part in the monthly Virtual Learning Board (VLB)by providing the materials, sending emails, and monitoring ofpost-evaluation. 3. Facilitates releasing and sending out trainingcertificates/s as needed. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: 1. Takes part inrecommending, assisting and implementing employee activities. 2. Sends out event related emails (invitations, reminders, follow-ups)and manage communication with attendees. 3. Coordinate eventlogistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, andaccommodation as needed. 4. Prepare and manage event budgets,ensuring expenses remain within the approved limits. 5. Negotiateterms, prices, and contracts with local suppliers to secure thebest deals. 6. Keep a pulse of employee engagement and works tofoster a positive work environment. 7. Organise welcome packs to besent to staff when they join. 8. Sending email greetings forbirthdays, team welcomes, and anniversaries. RECRUITMENT PARTNERMANAGEMENT: 1. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies tosource candidates for both new hires and replacement roles. 2. Serve as the primary contact between recruitment agencies andclients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. 3. Reviewprofiles submitted by recruitment agencies to confirm suitabilitybased on client requirements and organizational standards. 4. Manage the recruitment pipeline, from initial candidate sourcingthrough to interview scheduling and offer management. 5. Monitorthe performance of recruitment agencies and hold regularperformance reviews to ensure high-quality candidate submissionsand timely recruitment outcomes. 6. Provide feedback to recruitmentagencies on candidate profiles, interview performance, and overallrecruitment process. 7. Ensure compliance with recruitmentpolicies, local regulations, and best practices in each market. REPORTS/Other Tasks: 1. Manages the job offer monitoring file. 2. Assists in communicating/resolving employee concerns throughemail/chat/call as needed. 3. Provides daily, weekly, monthly andother periodic reports relating to employee/staff includingAttrition reports, Status Change Reports, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR practitioner. Experience in HR Generalist role or Supervisor role is anadvantage. 2. Strong communication skills, solid organizationalskills and the ability to work independently. 3. Previousexperience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stagethrough the implementation and the execution. 4. Strong technicaland analytical skills, problem solving and resolution skills. 5. Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks is required. 6. Patient and passionate. 7.
