We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can provide our customers with high-quality administrative support. As a Virtual Assistant , you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and handling clerical duties. Note: We will request a voice note during the screening process. Required: Advanced English proficiency. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Advanced English: Upper intermediate to proficient. Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday. Strong background in team management: at least three years working with clients and managing teams. Experience in establishing policies and guidelines, including communication and follow-up within organizations. Proficiency in relevant professional concepts and processes. Soft Skills: Professionalism and ethical behavior. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly. Analytical thinking to solve complex issues. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to identify bottlenecks and process improvements. Prioritization and time management skills. Compliance with instructions and procedures. Reliability and follow-through on tasks. Ability to maintain systems for recurring projects. Support team members with projects as needed. Perform other related duties as required. Main Tools: Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets). Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Discord, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, Zoom.
