Job Description: Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) / Supply Chain Specialist Responsibilities: - Conduct hands-on Functional/BAT/UAT testing, including drafting test scenarios and authoring test cases. - Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. - Collaborate with Business and End User communities to understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and flows. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as scrum, sync-up, and follow-up meetings. - Utilize Supply Chain or Service Contract Management (SCM) knowledge to enhance testing processes. - Preferably possess Cisco Service Supply Chain work experience. - Demonstrate technical and functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Inventory, SCM, and Finance modules (Oracle R12). - Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Agile principles and ceremonies. - Basic understanding and experience with PL/SQL. - Work effectively in dual shore team structures, with experience in multi-vendor team environments. - Lead and drive delivery and execution capabilities. Additional Information: - Work hours: 9am-6pm (Colombia time) with flexibility for PST requirements. - Availability for nights, weekends, and holiday support may be required.
