Ethoca, a Mastercard Company, seeks a Manager, Specialist Sales, Latin America & Caribbean - Ethoca, based in Sao Paulo, Bogota, or Buenos Aires. Role Support Ethoca’s scaling, growth, and success as a successful Mastercard acquisition/integration. Responsible for sales analytics and enablement activities to support team targets. Engage with financial institutions to expand market penetration of Ethoca solutions. Collaborate with Mastercard regional account teams, cyber and intelligence sales, and Ethoca’s Product & Technology teams. Identify business opportunities, achieve sales goals, and grow revenue. Utilize a consultative sales approach, adapt solutions to client needs, and build long-term trusted relationships. Work collaboratively within a matrixed organization leveraging Mastercard’s account relationship model. Responsibilities Analytics & Sales Excellence Support business targets through data analysis and insights. Lead generation and tailored outreach strategies. Create customized sales materials and contribute to financial models and business cases. Manage presale activities from inception to completion. Sales & Business Development Build trusted relationships and drive sales with issuers. Navigate financial organizations to gain adoption of ideas/concepts. Represent Ethoca at industry events, positioning Mastercard as a partner and thought leader. Monitor competitors and regulatory changes, engaging external stakeholders proactively. Experience Several years in specialist sales, with consulting experience as an asset. Strong understanding of payments, issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and end consumer payments. Experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and customer relationships.
