Prototype Engineer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Prototype Engineer with expertise in CNC Machining to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the design and manufacturing of complex parts and fixtures using state-of-the-art technology. The ideal candidate will possess experience in 3-axis CNC machining, including programming in Delcam Powermill, as well as traditional machine shop practices. Proficiency in working with various materials such as Stainless Steel, exotic metals, and engineering plastics is essential. - Design and manufacture complex parts and fixtures using CNC Machining - Develop and maintain expertise in 3-axis CNC Machining, including programming in Delcam Powermill - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results Requirements: - 3-axis CNC Machining experience in Stainless Steel and exotic metals, as well as engineering plastics - Programming proficiency in Delcam Powermill - Traditional machine shop practices (milling, turning, etc.) and manual machining equipment operation - Familiarity with drawing standards and ability to read engineering drawings Bonus Skills: - Experience working under a formal quality system (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485) - CNC Turning and programming in Alphacam - Additional Modelmaking skills, such as vacuum forming, pattern making, vacuum casting, finishing, and spraying What We Offer: - PAYE salary negotiable based on experience and skill level - Includes benefits package - Three-month probationary period
