What you will do Our team gives support to the Kenvue Chief of Growth and her leadership team, which is composed of the Global Marketing Segments, Growth Functions, Analytics and Strategy and Capabilities teams. We give them support and provide financial leadership through forecasts and actuals reporting, for both SG&A and BME projects; while partnering closely with the BDT Finance Innovation team as well as Regional/Local finance teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Global Kenvue Innovation finance team and will provide financial leadership to the Growth Leadership Team collaborating closely with senior Growth leaders. This role will be responsible for Growth Strategy & Capabilities and Retail Excellence teams reporting and global consolidation (team responsibility might change in the future as we accommodate business needs), as well as EMEA Growth end-to-end reporting of actuals. The candidate will proactively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry and in the external environment to promote and influence business partners in decision-making that is accretive to the portfolio. Key responsibilities of the role include shaping and delivering innovation strategy and framing key management presentations. Key Responsibilities Lead quarter close, business planning and forecast cycles, consolidating data to provide accurate and timely information to innovation leadership, including OneStream loading and tie out. Partner closely with the global finance team to develop the annual business plan and subsequent updates and ensure that financial commitments are met. Financial analyses and business partnering, providing key insights for portfolio management, and directly supporting Growth leaders and their teams. Provide end to end financial leadership and strategic support for Growth leaders. Proactively educate and develop business partner financial acumen. Proactively take initiative to drive business results, as well as process development and improvement. Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial areas. Advanced/fluent skills in English are essential (presentations, listening and written). Experience using ERP systems (i.e. SAP). Excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), as well as conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required with strong track record in business partnering and project management. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Desired Qualifications Professional certification (i.e. CMA, CGA, CPA) – preferred. Prior FP&A (Global consolidated performance & financial analytics) experience is preferred.
