Full Stack Engineer Role We seek an experienced software engineer passionate about crafting exceptional web-based experiences for consumers. The ideal candidate is proficient in Node and React, with a strong background in both back-end algorithms and front-end interactivity. Key Responsibilities: - Owning feature implementation. - Designing, implementing and interpreting A/B tests. - Optimizing and scaling app performance. - Collaborating with designers and product leadership to bring designs to life. - Leading the development of an engineering culture focused on rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with Node and front-end frameworks (React preferred). Experience with Python or Swift is beneficial. - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Devops and cloud hosting platforms expertise. - Excellent English communication skills and experience working with English-speaking teams.
