Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Virtual Card Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and qualifying suppliers to participate in our virtual card payment program. As a key member of our enablement team, you will educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual cards, identify and overcome objections through active listening and effective communication, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Research and qualify suppliers to participate in our virtual card payment program - Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual cards - Identify and overcome objections through active listening and effective communication - Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience - Efficiently and accurately gather all required data from suppliers to finalize the enrollment process - Meticulously document responses so that we can process payments appropriately on behalf of our clients Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong negotiation and customer service skills with high attention to detail - Ability to exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals while maintaining a high level of customer experience - Ability to stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and exceed enrollment and payment metrics - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - High standards of integrity - Professional-level experience in outbound sales, ideally with specialization in B2B solutions such as virtual cards, ePayables, commercial cards, merchant processing, or eProcurement - Proficiency with CRM tools and ticketing systems Benefits: Our company offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
