This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, who are eager to support patient care by ensuring efficient scheduling and followup. Key responsibilities Execute outbound outreach using email, phone, and text messaging platforms. Diligently follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel. Schedule and confirm inoffice consultations with prospective patients. Accurately document all interactions, updates, and lead statuses in our CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to manage appointment logistics and monitor progress. Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging templates and outreach strategies based on performance data. Qualifications 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with phonebased outreach and calling experience. Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms. Highly organized, detailoriented, and coachable. Selfmotivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about professional growth.
