Role reports to: COORD FINANCAS Location: Latin America, Colombia, Distrito Capital de Bogota, Bogota Work Location: Hybrid What You Will Do? This role is part of Supply Chain Finance with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Principle, Inventory, Costing, and Currency (PICC) team. The Inventory & COGS Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities : Support the team in all activities related to inventory & COGS accounting, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory transactions globally. Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. Support the team with any audit requests raised from the Legal Entity Controllership team. Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies. Generate ideas, foster and implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes, automation, reducing wasted time and pursuing process efficiency opportunities. Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership. Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance. Fluent English, other language skills desirable 1-3 years of experience in accounting US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable Experience in SAP (FI, MM, CO) and Blackline (preferred). Proficiency in Excel, and other Microsoft tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Balance sheet accounts reconciliation. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams. Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines Experience in a cost account or Business Finance department desirable Experience in supporting audit processes preferred.
