Main responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management: Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements. Align recruitment strategies with client expectations. Manage client communications and guide the hiring process, putting focus on high-quality service and rapid response. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management. Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews. Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates. Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process to deal closure. Performance Metrics: Meet key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate. Desired skills and experience: 2+ years of recruiting end-to-end experience - agency setting is preferred. Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment. Remote work experience preferred.
