NielsenIQ’s Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities, and market penetration. Sales is NielsenIQ’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success. You will drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in your scope, securing a sales pipeline, developing new revenue opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, act on, and escalate as appropriate Voice of Customer feedback. Develop a solid and interconnected understanding of customers. Expand customer network to identify new budget holders. Collaborate and engage with your team, enhancing their skills and improving their experience. Drive sales by acquiring new customers and accounts in your scope, securing new revenue opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasting. Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of potential customers' industry/business/markets/clusters and their needs. Qualifications Min 7 - 10 years experience in consumer electronics or market research. Solid understanding of the data analytics industry, business model, products, services, and solutions. Solid understanding of market trends and their interdependencies impacting customers.
