On-Site | Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, or Bucaramanga Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST What Youll Do: - Be the friendly voice that welcomes new patients via phone and online portals. - Guide patients through the onboarding process: collecting medical history, consent forms, and payments. - Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date in our EMR system. - Collaborate with internal teams and external practices to resolve any discrepancies. - Help patients stay on track with their responsibilities and appointments. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
