Job Description: Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work with our Pre-Sales team to develop new business across all Genesys product lines. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and mapping them to Genesys software, services, and consulting offerings delivered in a holistic solution. This is a client-facing role that requires tailoring messaging to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including C-level decision makers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and consulting expertise regarding Genesys solutions to Sales Account Executives. - Manage assigned prospects/customers to progress sales opportunities. - Bring a deep understanding of customer problems and solution benefits to all prospect and customer interactions. - Ensure Sales Account Executives are supported properly. - Act as a link between the customer's needs and potential solution value. - Develop and apply best practice principles in Solutions Consulting. - Engage effectively with executive and middle level management. Requirements: - Experience in Solutions Engineering or Consulting. - Strong time-management and organization skills. - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. - Analytical ability. - Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals. - Ability to communicate and present to Genesys management. - 3+ years previous business experience in Software Solutions Engineering or Consulting.
