Role: Inventory and Shrinkage Manager Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing stock levels. This includes implementing inventory control strategies, loss prevention initiatives, and process improvements in collaboration with operations, procurement, and security teams. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, develop and implement control policies, monitor stock levels, analyze discrepancies, and utilize inventory management systems. Shrinkage Control & Loss Prevention: Identify causes of shrinkage, develop reduction programs, monitor high-risk areas, and implement technologies like RFID, CCTV, and AI-based monitoring. Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Improve handling processes, train staff, and ensure accurate reporting. Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze trends, and track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and shrinkage reduction. Requirements: Skills & Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, technical proficiency with ERP/WMS, and leadership skills.
