Job Description Position is for a Functional Support Professional, preferably with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service support, diagnosis, replication, and resolution of complex and critical functional issues. The focus is to deliver customer service at a functional level and ensure complete resolution of each reported issue. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex functional problems using high-level functional skills, Oracle product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction expertise. Support and develop new guided learning content based on business requirements. Education & Experience: BE, BTech, MCA, CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered. 5+ years relevant working experience. Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials version 12+ capabilities. Hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience, or worked with L3 support, or equivalent knowledge. Candidate should have: Strong knowledge of Financials business processes and concepts. Experience supporting Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, and PSA. Hands-on experience in at least one of these modules. Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and advise on implementations using Oracle Cloud Financials. Skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. 1-2 years of experience in implementation/support/content development/testing on Oracle Guided Learning.
