As a growing startup, we're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations to optimize and re-architect our critical systems, enabling scalable processes that drive our growth. Responsibilities As the Manager of GTM Operations at Nue.io, you will: - System Optimization: Lead the re-architecture of our Salesforce (SFDC) instance to align with business needs and industry best practices. Oversee and improve the management of our systems of record, including Salesforce, Hub Spot, and other GTM tools, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effective use. - Hub Spot Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Hub Spot, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations. - Data Collection and Insight Generation: Identify gaps in the data landscape and implement strategies to collect critical data points. Develop mechanisms for generating actionable insights to inform decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. - Process Design and Enablement: Build and refine lead-to-revenue workflows, including lead scoring, pipeline management, and sales enablement processes. Empower teams with clear, repeatable frameworks. - KPI Tracking and Reporting: Define and implement metrics that matter, creating real-time dashboards and reports to track progress against GTM goals. - Cross-Functional Problem-Solving: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that drive performance and efficiency. - Scalability Focus: Design systems and processes that are robust yet flexible, ensuring scalability as Nue.io continues to grow. What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 5+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, or related roles, with a preference for SaaS startup experience. - Technical Expertise: Certified Salesforce Administrator required, with demonstrated success in re-architecting Salesforce instances. Experience with Hub Spot administration is highly desirable. - Customer Success Systems: Experience with customer success systems (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and project management systems (rocketlane, financial force) is a plus. - Data Fluency: Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and the ability to generate insights that drive decisions. - Execution-Oriented: A hands-on approach with the ability to dive deep into challenges while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. - Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating operational data into actionable solutions. - Adaptability: Thrives in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
