Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to execute technical tasks, assist with development rollouts, and provide 24/7 support coverage for our client platform. This role is crucial in maintaining system reliability, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams.
