Account Manager - Technical Training Solutions About Us Enterone is an industry leader in delivering comprehensive technical training solutions to organizations worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth through existing account expansion and new business development. Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with 3-5 years of proven enterprise sales experience to manage and grow our portfolio of strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record selling technical training and exceeding quota, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships in the technical training or related technology sectors. Core Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territory - Build and maintain C-level relationships across client organizations - Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts - Lead solution design and proposal development for complex training programs - Conduct detailed training needs assessments and ROI analyses - Create and present executive-level business proposals and presentations - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design custom training solutions - Forecast sales activities and revenue pipeline with 90%+ accuracy - Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts - Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Key Performance Indicators - Annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth - Account retention and expansion rates - Average contract value - Solution adoption rates - Customer satisfaction scores - Pipeline accuracy and management - Quarterly business reviews completion rate - Strategic account plan execution Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience - Proven track record of consistently exceeding $2M+ annual quotas - Experience managing 10+ strategic accounts simultaneously - Advanced knowledge of solution selling methodologies - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Superior presentation and communication abilities - Expert-level proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field Advanced Selling Skills Required - Strategic account planning and execution - Complex negotiation management - Executive-level presentation abilities - Solution architecture expertise - Financial acumen for ROI discussions - Competitive displacement strategies - Multi-threaded relationship building - Change management leadership - Consultative needs assessment - Value proposition development Technical Knowledge - Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) - Knowledge of project management tools - Proficiency in sales enablement platforms - Understanding of technical training delivery methods Preferred Qualifications - Experience in technical training or educational technology sales - MBA or relevant advanced degree - Industry certifications (ATD, CPLP, etc.) - Experience with virtual training platforms - Background in technology or programming - Multi-language capabilities Qualified candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and past three years of sales performance data for consideration to dennis.pinto@enterone.com *Enterone is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
