About the Role We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Partner Success Team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting seamless experiences for our partners by troubleshooting technical issues, finding resolutions for partner requests, and advocating for their needs. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions - Review and address partner queries, ensuring effective communication - Collaborate with partners to navigate technical challenges and improve processes Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field - 1-2 years of experience supporting technical products, preferably in SaaS or MIS/Software Development teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus) - Strong problem-solving abilities and high sense of responsibility - Able to provide timely responses and follow up systematically What We Expect We value self-motivated tech enthusiasts who excel in building strong relationships with customers.
