You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, help define testing strategies, and bring a critical perspective to the overall development lifecycle. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English, and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. **What You'll Be Doing** - Performing both manual and automation testing to validate system functionality, performance, and accessibility. - Testing enterprise-level CMS platforms, especially those supporting editorial workflows (publishing, review cycles, permissions). - Validating CSS, HTML structures, and UI behaviors using browser developer tools. - Writing automated test scripts using Cypress or Selenium, and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. - Conducting accessibility (a11y) testing using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, and evaluating compliance with WCAG standards. - Collaborating with developers, designers, and PMs to identify and resolve bugs early in the process. - Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to QA process improvements. - Communicating clearly with teams in English, both in writing and during meetings or presentations. - Ensuring documentation and validation of results and edge cases is complete and well-organized. **What We Would Like to See** - 4-5 years of hands-on QA experience, including both manual and automation testing. - Experience testing and validating features in enterprise CMS platforms, especially within editorial or publishing workflows. - Proven experience using Cypress or Selenium with the ability to create and maintain custom frameworks. - Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (Axe, Lighthouse) and understanding of WCAG guidelines. - Solid knowledge of QA best practices, test case creation, defect tracking, and test planning. - Advanced B2 to C1 level English fluency, with excellent written and spoken (speaking) communication. - Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving. **Nice to have** - ISTQB certification is a strong plus. **About Huge** Huge is a design and technology company.
