What we are looking for - 5+ years of experience as aProduct Manager/Product Owner. - Strong background in utilizingmetrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measureproduct success. - Strong knowledge of the process involved inbuilding SaaS products. - Familiarity with Agile Softwaredevelopment methodologies and practices. - Product SupportKnowledge – understand the importance and process of evaluating andprioritizing product support issues to a development team. -Project/Outsource Management Knowledge – understand the process ofsuccessful project management to meet deliverables on time and onbudget. - Product Management Knowledge – understand the productmanagement processes, including requirements gathering and userstory writing. - Experience in the overall architecture of softwareapplications for products and solutions. - Experience withcontemporary SDLC tools similar to our adopted choices of Jira,GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc. - Excellent Communicator – Able tofacilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating withstakeholders to obtain buy-in. Collaborates with the internal teamand with the business. - Strong written and verbal communicationskills in English. - Product / User Interface Design Skills –working knowledge of best practices from human factors andusability perspective a plus. - Zeal to pursue perfection fromyourself, your customer(s), your team, and your product. -Energetic with a good, positive attitude.
