We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive our lead generation initiatives. Your focus will be on identifying prospective clients, establishing initial contact through email and/or social media platforms, and then transferring these leads to our Canada-based team who will conduct follow-up calls. We seek someone who can utilize consulting or similar experience to identify quality prospects in the marketplace, understanding that direct communication with leads after initial interest will be handled by others. Role and Responsibilities Lead Handoff: After identifying interested prospects (including hiring managers, HR professionals, or leadership contacts), transfer them to our Canada-based team, who will manage calls and finalize agreements. Engage and Qualify: Initiate introductory emails or messages to assess needs and interest in our services. Maintain Prospect Database: Maintain comprehensive records of all outreach activities, responses, and pertinent information to facilitate smooth handover to the Canadian team. Research Potential Clients: Track job listings on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify companies that might benefit from our services. Minimum Requirements Strong Communication: Exceptional written communication abilities (English proficiency) for email outreach and messaging. Bachelor's degree Consulting or Related Experience: Knowledge of identifying business needs and suggesting solutions. Self-Starter: Capability to work independently and achieve lead generation objectives in a dynamic environment. Comfort with Remote Sales Tools: Knowledge of CRM systems or lead-tracking platforms is advantageous.
