Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile, to develop or adapt project approaches suitable for each client's needs. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring the focused delivery of clients’ priority change initiatives through the application of appropriate methodologies. Project Planning and Progress Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans with keen focus on scope, timeline, and budget management. Facilitate regular status meetings to ensure project milestones are being met and maintain project momentum. Financial and Resource Management: Handle comprehensive financial management, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting from Work in Progress (WIP) to billing and collections. Develop strategies for resource allocation and optimization, ensuring the right resources are assigned to appropriate projects and tasks. Issue and Risk Management: Facilitate the resolution of issues and roadblocks, implementing proactive strategies to prevent project stalls. Identify, assess, and manage risks, devising mitigation and contingency plans as necessary. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification techniques to maintain alignment with objectives. Client Management and Pre-sales Support: Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams on change requests and statements of work, ensuring alignment with project goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans, utilizing strong client management skills. Qualifications Strong Project Manager role experience including a significant portfolio of full lifecycle NetSuite solution or comparable software delivery implementations. At least 5 years of cumulative relevant role experience, ideally with a software vendor and/or professional services practice. Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class software solutions. Excellent understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting, Sales Force Management, Inventory Management, and support. Strong client management skills and the ability to develop and manage an implementation plan. Experience in resource management including resource assignment and optimization in a project environment. Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use. Certifications such as the PMP are a plus. Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems. 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 5+ full life cycle implementations. NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator. Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Extensive familiarity with data migration plans and procedures and hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loads. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment. Advanced NetSuite Module Experience: Advanced Manufacturing, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Materials Requirements Planning, SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, SuitePeople HCM, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, SuiteCommerce, International Localization.
