Senior Investment Officer, Equity, Infrastructure, LAC Region A seasoned professional is sought to lead IFC's equity investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. The successful candidate will provide expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing equity & mezzanine transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop equity strategies and investment themes to target and grow IFC's equity & mezzanine business. - Lead equity & mezzanine business development activities in the region. - Take leadership and responsibility for high-value/complex equity investments. - Ensure IFC delivers value creation at investee companies. Requirements: - A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance or business. - 10+ years of relevant work experience in sourcing, negotiating, and executing equity & mezzanine transactions. - Strong written and verbal communications skills in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese. - Significant experience in infrastructure and a strong network of contacts among companies in the sector.
