Check out how it will impact our ecosystem: As part of the Procurement Team, we are looking for a Supplier Manager who will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence in the supplier lifecycle. This position focuses on supporting our end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process by managing the supplier experience—from onboarding to issue resolution and data integrity. The successful candidate will help enable streamlined procurement operations by acting as the main point of contact between our systems (Coupa) and our supplier base. This is a critical role for ensuring compliance, smooth operation, and system governance, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely registration and approval in internal procurement systems (mainly Coupa). Manage and maintain the supplier master data to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems. Act as the primary administrator for the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), supporting both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supplier-related issues and incidents. Monitor and manage supplier inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and communication across platforms. Educate and guide suppliers through the Coupa onboarding process, promoting portal adoption and self-service functionality. Drive process improvements and standardization related to supplier data and P2P workflows. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support audit-readiness of supplier records. Maintain regular reporting and KPIs related to supplier onboarding and portal performance. What are the minimum requirements to be part of this neon universe? Candidate Wishlist: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience working with Coupa or another major P2P/ERP system (minimum 1–2 years). Understanding of the P2P lifecycle, vendor management, and procurement compliance. Previous experience in procurement, supplier enablement, or operations support role is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
