Role: Admissions Counselors (Strategy Consultants) Admissions Counselors, or Strategy Consultants as we call them at Crimson, exemplify our philosophy of making a difference in students’ lives. They help bridge gaps between present and future goals by personalising blueprints that form the basis of all academic, extracurricular, and personal development. You will partner closely with students and lead the Crimson team (tutors, mentors, consultants) to drive progress through long-term roadmaps and mentoring, building their candidacy through the application process. More details about the role can be found here . This is a full-time position that can be remote or based in one of our offices worldwide, managing a caseload of 40 to 50 students. Experience with APAC regions is a plus to highlight in your application! Success Indicators: Ensuring consistently high service quality Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the US admissions system and actively seeking to develop expertise further Achieving high pass or honours ratings from Strategy KPIs Maintaining a strong track record in student outcomes Developing unique selling points such as proven track record, expertise, and consulting experience Being resourceful and resilient in overcoming challenges Proposing solutions and being solution-oriented Being self-motivated and capable of independent learning and growth Required Skills and Experience: Graduated from a top 30 U.S. university Passion for coaching young adults and intercultural exchange Resilience to work independently under pressure Understanding of the needs of VIP or high-profile students and families At least 3 years experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or admission consulting, including 2+ years in undergraduate admissions or essay consulting (experience with Singapore or China populations is a plus) Deep knowledge of admissions consulting and the US university landscape Proven success with top 30 university admissions for students each application cycle (preferred) Availability to work with students in APAC and USCA regions, with flexibility for monthly weekend hours Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Why Join Crimson?
