The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in traditional accounting principles , coupled with a good understanding and practical experience in the evolving world of Web3.0 and cryptocurrency . This role is crucial as we expand our focus on specialized Web3.0 accounting skills to support our growth in this innovative space. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile financial transactions related to cryptocurrency and Web3.0 activities. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. - Utilize Cryptotaxcalculator.io for accurate tax reporting and compliance for digital assets. - Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures for Web3.0 operations. - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights into cryptocurrency portfolios and Web3.0 projects. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations (both traditional and crypto-specific) . - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on all financial matters. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in Web3.0, blockchain, and cryptocurrency accounting. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong emphasis on digital assets and Web3.0. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential. - Demonstrable experience with Cryptotaxcalculator.io . - In-depth understanding of blockchain technology , decentralized finance (DeFi) , NFTs , and other Web3.0 concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
