Job Description The Role // We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate the rollout of our next-generation fare payments app to over 60 transit agencies over the next 12 months. You’ll lead the migration from our existing solution to a new platform, helping ensure a smooth, timely, and well-organised delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, put supportive governance frameworks in place, and ensure open, consistent communication throughout the migration process. Location // This role is available in a remote model for candidates based in Colombia only. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a master program plan for the 12-month rollout, covering timelines, dependencies, and milestones across all 60+ agency migrations Break down the rollout into manageable deployment phases, creating templates and structures to support consistency and efficiency Align internal resources and agency commitments to keep the overall program on track Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Launch Operations, Professional Services, Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams Facilitate planning and prioritisation, and work through issues collaboratively to help remove blockers and maintain progress Establish clear governance structures that enable timely decisions and cross-team coordination Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates Identify and communicate risks and interdependencies early, proactively managing escalations to avoid delays Ensure all deployments meet quality standards and align with business objectives Produce concise, regular reports highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming priorities for senior leadership Qualifications About You Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in app or software deployment Strong understanding of project planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget Strong problem-solving and risk management skills Familiar with deployment processes, technical environments, and quality assurance Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) Nice to Have Experience in app development or software technology projects Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Knowledge of change management and business analysis principles Additional Information Some of our benefits 15 days paid vacation for each year of service plus 18 public holidays Private Healthcare Monthly team bonding allowance Menopause support Choice of a workstation Ability to work for up to 3 months per year from any country in the world Fun and collaborative environment with a focus on making a difference in the world In addition to the above, as an employee, you will also have access to a training allowance of up to $750 USD and $250 USD to spend on your home office every year.
