The Business Analyst will be acting as a member of the digital technology capability team and will be responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management, and driving positive results. Job Location Please be advised that this position is remote Colombia . What We're Looking for BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. Advanced English Level Required . +9 years experience with Business Analyst. Proficiency in Agile Methodologies Process modelling , tasks prioritization / Backlog Management , project plan creation, documentation creation, Post production support, requirements gathering and acceptance criteria definition. Expertice using a ticketing system such as Jira, Power BI , and Confluence for repository information. Experience in Waterfal l & Agile methodology. Good to have Experience in the Travel Industry.
