Job Overview - Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our business. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and be able to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance. - Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. - Create blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives. - Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. - Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce systems and applications. - Coordinate and conduct testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT. - Develop technical specifications and project plans. - Perform system troubleshooting and fix bugs. - Ensure the system's scalability and security. - Keep abreast of developments and new features in Salesforce and integrate them into the company's systems. - Provide technical support and training for Salesforce end-users.
