Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven 10+ years of work experience in a Messaging support environment. Experience in a large, complex Messaging environment with: MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online hybrid PowerShell scripting Office 365 MS Teams OneDrive Active Directory RightFax/Fax2Mail Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Any migration experience is a plus. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary. Flexible approach to working different shift patterns to accommodate business needs. Responsibilities: Manage and support Messaging and O365 platforms in a complex enterprise environment. Configure and maintain MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online . Administer MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Intune . Implement and maintain messaging security and compliance policies. Support email migrations and hybrid messaging environments . Troubleshoot complex issues across messaging and collaboration platforms. Ensure alignment with company standards, risk controls, and best practices. Collaborate across technology teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
