International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Executive to join our Health & Biosciences Division (H&B;), who will successfully develop, maintain, and strengthen our relationship with customers in the dietary supplements/pharma industries in ANDEAN. This exciting role offers much potential in a dynamic industry. As a key player, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious growth objectives for our Probiotics, Extracts, HMO, Bioscience business Unit, delivering on customer needs and expectations. Your main goal will be to create and maintain a robust project pipeline. You must have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will cultivate and develop professional relationships with existing and potential customers that help reach strategic revenue growth and profit goals. This includes developing an evergreen opportunity pipeline, advancing projects, and continuously creating new opportunities. You will identify customers' strategies, needs, and pains, as well as market trends, that could open new business opportunities for IFF H&B.; You must be aware of the customers' organizational structure, strategy, portfolio, performance, and market share. You will develop specific growth and defense strategies and plans for your accounts. You will keep constant communication with your customers, offering technical and commercial solutions. You will strengthen your network at all levels within the customers' organizations. You will monitor and communicate any change in your customers' organizations that may affect our business either in a positive or negative way. You will develop account plans for key customers, defining a clear go-to-market strategy, considering direct customers and distributors. You will negotiate prices and contracts for current and future businesses. You will work closely with the Regional Industry Leader regarding the competitive environment and our portfolio strategy. You will get involved in initiatives targeted to develop specific markets segments, product lines, applications, and customers. You will act as a link between the customers and all IFF's areas, meeting the requirements and service expectations of customers along the sales cycle. You will monitor possible risks for our businesses and share them using the tools and channels provided by the company. You will maintain an accurate sales forecast for your accounts. You will follow up on customers' complaints and negotiate internally to provide the best solution in the shortest possible time. You will give support to solve payment disputes with the customers when needed.
