About the Role: You will be reporting to the Compliance & Risk Program Management Lead, supporting the design and execution of a global compliance training and policy management framework to assist first and second line teams across Konecta. The ideal candidate for this Compliance Analyst role will have previous experience in the online payments or financial services industry, particularly in learning and development or compliance functions. You Will: Support the end-to-end development and execution of a strategic program for managing complex ecosystems of required training and policies, including assisting in building frameworks, program rollout, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs, and help develop and implement training plans and schedules aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate logistics for training delivery, with a particular focus on ensuring high-quality delivery through Konecta’s Learning Management System. Maintain accurate training records and documentation, and help produce management reports for senior leadership. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training, policy management, and regulatory compliance. Provide support and guidance to employees participating in training programs, resolving any issues or concerns as needed. Support the review and approval process for new and updated policies, ensuring alignment with internal standards. Maintain a centralized policy repository with proper version control and accessibility. Assist in coordinating policy training and awareness efforts, including the development of materials and presentations. You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 1 year of experience in customer service BPO. Knowledge in Compliance. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive change in cross-functional environments. A practical approach to problem-solving in ambiguous or fast-paced situations. Experience working in multicultural or global environments, adapting communication to fit various team member backgrounds and roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and bring projects to successful completion on time.
